Pros
Flexible schedule, employee discount. It is fun to learn about the new skin care products as well as new make up being released to the market. I am able to educate guests about make up as well as make recomendations to them as to what is make up or skin care product will best suit their needs.
Cons
Communications seem to be lacking especialy if you are not there everyday. The management has no say so about the products they need for the store. You often have make colors that you are out of for weeks on end. It is frustrating and embarrassing to help a guest select a particular make up and we do not have it. Often it is not delivered with the next delivery and we cannot honestly tell the guest when it will be in.
