      Pros

      Ubisoft offers a lot of challenges for a programmer. You'll have to think outside the box on many projects, and always improve on pipelines. A lot of benefits are available to you directly on site: gym; medical doctor for yourself, your significant other and children; personal trainers; nutritionist.

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime is taken for granted and planned this way into the roadmap of the projects.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
