Ubisoft interview questions

After applying I was reached out to by a talent recruiter at Ubisoft who set up an interview and asked me to complete a short assignment. Interview was easy, interviewers were kind, recruiter showed me around the place. However after not receiving an offer, I was ghosted from recruiter and interviewers, despite being told from recruiter that I had a fantastic interview and that the interviewers were very impressed with my experience. So, I put in a lot of time and received no feedback.

I went through a Screening interview with a recruiter, then 3 rounds of interviews with peers on the team and the manager I would be reporting to. The interview focused on practical questions about managing teams as well as my experience on past projects.
