      Good salary and benefits good perks at the office

      Cons

      Company does not take complaints about managers and harassment seriously, they promisse no retaliation but it happened to me even when I wasn't the one complaining about the manager. Higher levels know about the behavior and decide to keep the harassing manager and fire employees that were complaining about him.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
