      Pros

      People of all teams are always looking at how to assist you to understand how your role relates to them. The onboarding team takes a good amount of time to provide with resources and information that is very helpful when you are getting started at the company. Everyone is very open to suggestions and very supportive if you try to express your point of view.

      Cons

      The amount of work can be a little bit overwhelming at the beginning compared to other companies

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
