Pros
Management were previously working the same role. They understand the ins-and-outs and all aspects of your job. This is SO incredibly helpful when working in this industry. Management was also very forward-thinking, listened well, and provided excellent effort.
Everyone I worked with was grand. 11 months there and I never met a single person that I did not like working with in ALL the Michigan offices.
Good on the job training, especially given the large learning curve of the job & specific duties.
Business outlook is insanely good. Monumental growth year over year.
Cons
Since going corporate with UTAC, (this was previously MRE), there's goofy company value & culture training. That stuff is always a bother.
Honestly though- If that's the worst con I can come up with, how great does this place sound?
