Pros
The holiday bonus (for now), USAA is still one of the few companies that gives a holiday bonus which is 2 weeks of salary pay each December.
Cons
Employee morale is gone, thanks Wayne! The Board of Directors doesn’t care, our CEO doesn’t care, when asked about the 4 day RTO and if there’s any chance to go back to 3 days, his answer was “get use to it, or don’t.”
