Good teamwork, benefits are superior (USAA contributes 2x 401k contribution up to 4%), Healthy incentives (discounted cafeteria items, savings on health insurance), an extra check each year in December in addition to the yearly bonus.
Cons
Management transition in the last couple of years is taking USAA away from its history of having servant leaders and becoming more like every other company . Instead of selling insurance and financial services to members, USAA is selling widgets at a profit margin. Abysmal RTO communication and criteria. Anyone within 60 miles will be required to be in the office.
