      Benefits, Stron sense of military pride. High integirty of the organization

      Cons

      Some of the leadership have been there for 20 yrs and are stuck into a rigid tunnel vision. A large part of upper management are former military and it can be a challenge for civillians to break through the "civillian ceiling."

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
