Pros

You can make good money Schedule is usually accurate, very few weekends

Cons

10hour shift minimum 80% of time, 20% looking at 11-14, you will never have a 8 hour shift unless you work on friday unrealistic quotas, you're rated by a system that barely anyone understands that works there (but you can use it to your advantage) Everyone is on edge because the pickers also have the same quotas, people will bounce in and out a lot and everyone is constantly mad Was able to put up with it for a while but eventually it got to me go for day shift position instead of nights, I got transfered there to help fill for a bit and it seemed way less bad but maybe I got lucky

None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

Pros

Fostering career growth - opportunities for mentorships, online learning, shadowing, etc just ask your manager/HR. Limited supervision - I can come and go as I please as long as I complete my work Employee stock purchase plan Pay is competitive

Cons

Terrible accountability. Poor teamwork and poor follow through on actions to problems. Management needs training on accountability and coaching. Constant turnover of leadership with both firing and quitting. Uninspiring work environment. The offices are dirty, unorganized, cluttered, and outdated. Stained carpets everywhere and non carpet areas are from the 80's.
