Pros
Pay is good for 12 - 16 hour shifts if you want to work for company with many violations of safety.

My husband is a former employee of this company US foods. I have to say this is the worst company who does not follow WA State LNI and transportation laws and put employees in high ability for crashes. My husband drove a truck with no brakes, Trailers are old, Truck steering went out and was told to just drive it. They give no lift gate so you have to run down a ramp and hand deliver food by hand, going down stairs etc. They make you go over 16 hours and forge the time allot so you don't get a violation. They go my point system of 24 points for calling out, NO Sick time really. The managers/supervisors have NO RESPECT for the wifes and kids of the employees. They will call at 10-1am on your day off and keep calling until you answer to see if you can work on your day off. Like Saturday. They change the schedule without notice and make you run nightshift shuttle. They will keep calling in middle of night and disregard your time of wife's time. This company should be audited by WSP for violations of Safety. They will fire without notice and Teamsters Union Reps are a joke for this company with so my violations and disrespect. DO NOT apply for this company and I hope they will be audited by WSP and LNI. Which I have already put in a complaint for the FIFE/OLYMPIA locations,
