      Distracted by the good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Forget about having a class A license, you get the truck that's available (class A or B) .you're delivering to very unsafe basements inside businesses. The amount of physical work you must do in order to get through each day is ridiculous. Warehouse selectors make you work twice as much when it's time to deliver a product.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
