Pros

free food decent benefits work-life balance discounts at our accounts March Madness challenge

Cons

-CEO JL tells employees over Webcast to be patient- Why weren't you patient Mr. CEO when you sold the company out after 3 years to our biggest competitor!? -Forced to sell expensive SCOOP products down our customers' throats, faced with penalties if quotas aren't met. -SCOOP is not the most revolutionary thing since the Iphone so stop making it out to be that way -If you aren't in sales and just a regular office employee, you are NOT appreciated. -One big brown nosing session when President of division thanks the TM's for their hard work. How about the people behind the scenes like coordinators, credit members, or night selectors? -If you don't directly add to the bottom line, they do not care! -Not an employee, just a number! -They make YOU feel guilty if you are looking to apply to another internal position they will say "that means if you get promoted, I'm left to have to train someone new" -President of the company doesn't have a clue where I sit -No CHECKS AND BALANCES, people are content with going through the motions -A lot of employees without formal education who can't stay ABOVE the line if their life depended on it.

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
