Career growth opportunities, but poor accountability and teamwork - Senior Operations Coordinator US Foods Employee Review

Terrible accountability. Poor teamwork and poor follow through on actions to problems. Management needs training on accountability and coaching. Constant turnover of leadership with both firing and quitting. Uninspiring work environment. The offices are dirty, unorganized, cluttered, and outdated. Stained carpets everywhere and non carpet areas are from the 80's.
