      Salary was above market average

      Cons

      Poor senior management, no clear direction. Hr makes all business decisions but is not consistent with each cases. They do not live by their cultural belief of you matter one bit. Everyone is a number and if you file a complaint they will retaliate in return.

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Fostering career growth - opportunities for mentorships, online learning, shadowing, etc just ask your manager/HR. Limited supervision - I can come and go as I please as long as I complete my work Employee stock purchase plan Pay is competitive

      Cons

      Terrible accountability. Poor teamwork and poor follow through on actions to problems. Management needs training on accountability and coaching. Constant turnover of leadership with both firing and quitting. Uninspiring work environment. The offices are dirty, unorganized, cluttered, and outdated. Stained carpets everywhere and non carpet areas are from the 80's.
