      Leadership is very communicative and actually acts on what they say. Management is very encouraging and offers support when needed. Healthy work environment. Competitive compensation and bonus structure for all employees.

      Cons

      The only thing is that benefits are pretty average.

      Pays well, but has to in an effort to retain talent Was good on the resume and able to leave there on my own accord

      Cons

      Sweat Shop HR is a joke, not respected by employees Hair on fire culture, everything is in emergency and due yesterday FTC is making a real run at this company to break them up as they should!
