      Good cases, opportunity for flexible schedule

      Cons

      Different benefits for salaried CRNAs vs hourly, treated like slave labor, MDs make life changing decisions without consulting CRNAs, communication between docs and CRNAs no longer good, all about docs working as little as possible while CRNAs go without lunch.

      Pays well, but has to in an effort to retain talent Was good on the resume and able to leave there on my own accord

      Sweat Shop HR is a joke, not respected by employees Hair on fire culture, everything is in emergency and due yesterday FTC is making a real run at this company to break them up as they should!
