Pros
The work is fun and physical. I get to explore my city and meet all kinds of interesting folks. It pays 23 per hour plus mileage.
Cons
This is the most dysfunctional place I have ever worked. I don't even know where to start. -The hiring process takes upwards of a month and requires some very interesting forms of identity proof. There are also a plethora of steps to setting up your online employee portal that are completely unnecessary; including secondary sites for payroll/W-4 information. And you have to be very careful how you fill things out. I did my W-4, sent it in etc... there were no tasks that needed to be completed on my portal. But it turns out there was additional W-4 information? That I wasn't aware of until my paycheck was less than half of what it should have been. Pay stub claimed to be withholding an ADL FED TAX that was about 50%. I had to spend about an hour finding the additional W-4 info to fill out. -Warehouse managers are mean to the people who work there. Many employees are over worked.
