Pros
Pay is decent for the type of work management does. Benefits are pretty good as far as medical insurance and retirement savings. Great tuition reimbursement program.
Cons
Odd work hours; shifts revolve around sort start times which are typically extremely early in the morning or later in the evening. Dirty warehouses are often what you're going to walk into. Not so much that there will be trash every where but more so the natural dust and grime build up that comes with having your office inside a warehouse. Progression in management is slow and often requires you knowing someone already established in the company. Everyone seems to maintain an extremely disgruntled attitude, very rarely did I ever know someone who genuinely enjoyed coming into work for hourly, union, and management workers.
