Pros
No drug testing or requirement for employees Used to have health care, but not anymore Regular (tiny) yearly raises that were guaranteed no matter how bad you were at your job No weekend work A week of paid vacation and sick time
Cons
The work conditions are atrocious, terribly hot or cold, horrible dust and mold, with unconcerned management yelling at you to work faster one moment then safer the next. God forbid you get injured. You'll never see compensation for education expenses, and they can lay you off if it doesn't meet their bottom line, which can void your health care if you have it. Wouldn't wish it on an enemy. No room for advancement or improvement in pay, get in a waiting list for ten years. Mandatory enrollment in crooked union.
