-Good insurance coverage -Unionized workplace -Easy to call out day of if something comes up -Multiple opportunities to rise up in the company offered to anyone, regardless of skill -Good pay per hour
Cons
-Moody and/or corrupt management -Hard labor can be taxing on body -Employees can be rude -Supervisors can overwork good employees over others who don't work as hard -Job pays well but ever since the raise went through, our hours have been cut so we don't really make much more than we did before
