Cons
Leadership is knowingly driving excessive/extreme expectations for an "at all costs" work environment, leading to high burn-out rate of quality, experienced professionals. Leadership possesses an arrogant attitude of entitlement that business ethics and labor laws don't apply to them and violations, if reported, cannot be proven against the massive, influential UNC system.
