      Excellent way to gain clinical experience. You will never see a wider diversity of cases as you would in any other clinic

      Cons

      Very high pace clinics and very easy to burn out. There is no formal training and you just have to learn on the spot

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.

      Some units may feel cliquey, but that comes with all hospitals
