      Pros

      Do not work here, the Boutros lab is the worst environment you could possibly imagine. The leader is a egotistical maniac who has zero empathy and only cares about himself and his ego and 4 Tesla’s which he constantly brags about.

      Cons

      This is the most abusive, bullying work environment ever. You will be verbally abused! You will be paid far below the industry average Your opinion will not matter at all There is zero career growth Zero professional respect We have 1 staff member leave every month; 100% turn around in one year! Do not work here, it’s just not worth it.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.

      The nurses are very receptive and open to teaching students

      Cons

      Some units may feel cliquey, but that comes with all hospitals
