      -Free phone plan. -Broadband discount. -Other agents.

      Cons

      -Paid around minimum wage. -Managers are micromanagers. -Very understaffed as the turnover rate is extremely high. -Lack of training. -Systems are outdated, extremely slow and crash constantly. -Abusive customers. -Often paid incorrectly. -No union.
