      5 star kitchen - lunch 5 days a week and 3 days breakfast Great PTO + company shut down days (3 weeks guaranteed off + unlimited PTO)

      Cons

      Management isn't interested in leading lower rank staff. Would rather replace you than lead you. People are typically on edge about their job security after the layoffs

      - Most employees care a lot about the service. - Most employees are very user focused. - Most employees are very friendly and inclusive making for a pleasant collaborative experience.

      Cons

      - Amazon influence over Twitch getting more and more impactful and invasive. - Fun and enjoyable workplace slipping further and further away to more corporate bureaucracy. - CEO is not as trusted as once was.
