Uh-mazing place to be work live exist.

Nothing really to say here.

*Easy, and free (for the PM shift), parking in front of the warehouse *Snacks - when they remember to stock them *Can listen to music - but you can't skip songs or change settings *Generally friendly co-workers *Generally flexible scheduling and time off requests *PM shift hours are great for part time

*No clear, defined path for upward mobility and no rewards for performance (i.e. if they give raises they sure don't advertise it). *Nobody in upper management (let's be real, the supervisors have no real authority at Twice) values the input of OA's - despite asking for it regularly. *Your performance is measured in almost every way possible, but is never adjusted for their shotty equipment, which regularly interferes with the task at hand. Despite assurances for the supervisors that they "understand" and that it won't affect your work assessment, be assured that ever item that fails QA because of bad equipment does indeed count against you. Oh yeah, and don't go to the bathroom for to long or you will be rebuked. *No benefits whatsoever *Nobody is able to really talk while on the job because everyone is using headphones. Good luck making friends. *Traffic to work is a nightmare *Definitely some kind of subtle racism going on. Despite an abundance of POC OA's, I found it strange that nearly all of the management and supervisors where white, or at least white passing.
