Pros

Good pay, 29 days holiday allowance etc good pension

Cons

There have been various changes in company structure and redundancies. These have left the company feeling life less. There is no socializing or team building. The managers are not very good at managing their employees - they lack management skills.

Pros

Extremely collaborative and transparent internally Training and learning taken seriously Efficiency and lean streaming in managing approach Core objectives and company values truly drive business

Cons

Limitations due to working with LU - bureaucracy and lots of papershifting Unfortunately this meant that many great ideas just stayed ideas and never make it to application

Pros

Making a real difference to the city; Mostly Good people; Canary Wharf office has great views and culture fairly relaxed.

Cons

The internal politics - largely due to the management structure; senior managers were mostly "secondees" from the "shareholders" with loyalty to their actual employers which often left questions of conflict with the interests of both the business and TFL; not a massive problem but it did affect some of the decisions. Socially, there was an unfortunate "them and us" culture caused by an over-reliance on graduate schemes/acceleration; a bit cliquey with regular cases where family members ended up getting each other jobs. The same surnames cropped up a lot in some departments which could be disconcerting if you were not part of these cliques.
