3/ If you’re someone who likes a clear sense of direction, brace yourself. It’s more of a “figure it out as you go” kind of situation.
4/ Recognition is scarce unless you're comfortable with someone else taking credit for your hard work. It’s all part of the "team spirit," right?
5/ There’s a general lack of vision. Everyone’s kind of waiting for someone else to give direction, and it turns into a bit of a guessing game.
