Fairly straightforward and efficient. Interviewers were very competent and attentive when asking questions. Definitely looked like they came prepared and wanted to find out about the skills important for the job. Take home test was very reasonable for the position (an email answer). Openness from the very beginning of the process about compensation.

Interview
Pretty informal process, interviewer was very casual, felt like her mind was made up beforehand. Very standard questioning, tell me about yourself and current role, current challenges and how you overcame them.
6 round interview process. There were 4 technical interviews, 3 leetcode style and 1 architectural. The problem is that their policy is to conduct all 6 even if they decide you didn't do well, and so it's big waste of time for everyone when they keep interviewing you.
