Serious problems with leadership and decision making. They change their "strategy" every 6 months, and make at least one round of layoffs per year. I saw it personally twice in one year, and once every other year.
There's so many mixed messages, no clear communication and you're often left assuming what's going to happen.
They say they are being open with communication and their and and then decide to layoff 20% of global staff.
The company has been struggling for the last 3 years, going downhill every year and losing money. The share price is at an all time low and they are now purely reliant on Viator to keep them afloat.
