Making real money requires a LOT of canvasing (door-to-door) even in some pretty bad weather. Paid on install so if installs are delayed, so is your pay check Trinity will NOT pay you for outstanding commissions if you leave the company. This really feels like a scam from a company claiming to stand for "Energy with Integrity". Turnover is pretty high and this really feels like Trinity is taking advantage of this by keeping tens of thousands of commission dollars. Management is not collaborative. They pretend to be open and friendly, but do NOT accept any criticism (constructive or otherwise). District Manager does all the heavy lifting when it comes to admin tasks and gets overwhelmed. Assistant DM is greedily focused on setting sales records and barely contributes to leadership duties. Rather than discipline the ADM, the District Manager will instead delegate ADM responsibilities to senior sales staff, but Trinity will not financially compensate these team members. DM and ADM are best friends from high school and don't like to hear bad things about each other so if you have problems you are forced to elevate your concerns to the regional managers who generally do nothing. Calling HR goes nowhere.
