      Pros

      -Fun down to earth co-workers. Honestly, this is the only reason why most people stay with the company. -The management isn't super strict which helps build a good atmosphere in the work place.

      Cons

      -The biggest con is the pay. Trinity is by far the worst solar company when it comes to paying their employees a fair wage (I'm talking 25-55% below the average pay of other companies - use glassdoor and compare!). -The problems of a family company really shines through at Trinity. Over and over again they hire people who are not qualified for positions because they are related/know to the right person. On top of this, these family friends get over paid and put the least amount of effort into anything.

      Pros

      Mayb it's a good in for the environmental industry? Probably not though.

      Cons

      It's all commission based pay, and it's all CANVASSING! Even the managers canvass. When I was called to setup and interview they told me you work 10-6 and its $60,000 base pay. Drove 1 hr for an interview. The guy couldn't answer the payment question untill the next round. Drove back for round 2 to find out its all commision, and you work 2-9 on weekdays, and ALL DAY SATURDAY. So you're going to put in close to 50 hrs a week canvassing. Further research about trinity solar told me to that they scam their customers by changing contracts/amounts last second. This company is a scam/liars.
