Pros
1. Technical management is very bright. Several PHDs founded the company and are well acknowledged experts in their fields. They deserve to be where they are from an educational and competence standpoint. 2. Flexible working hours. It is not about being on the clock but working hard to get the job done 3. Great working conditions such as offices instead of cubes are afforded to most employees 4. Free snack bins in the break room
Cons
1. Personnel/HR department is disorganized and does not communicate effectively 2. Some of their management do not have a realistic view of what can be accomplished in a given timeframe, and then can be ruthless and cut-throat in their manner of dealing with you. 3. Clear expectations by some of their management are not always set/communicated, and when those expectations are not met, their attitude is to beat you down, rather than to help you succeed.
