I applied online. I interviewed at Trellisware Technologies (San Diego, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Initial phone call then onsite 5 person interview process taking about half a day. Pretty casual asking questions about resume and a few technical questions at a high level.
Overall interview process was quite easy and I genuinely liked the team. I thought I had a 75% of getting an offer was pretty easy. The reason I gave a negative review is the lack of communication felt unprofessional. I have never had an on site interview in which I was ghosted and received no responses when emailing about a time line to hear back. I eventually got a phone call after emailing multiple people but imo a formal email is mandatory and I don't know what their process would have been if I didn't pick up the phone because I never got any email responses and I never got any formal rejection.
