      Pros

      Trapeze Group Asia Pacific is part of Modaxo, which in turn is part of CSI, inc (Canadian). It is a solid company, building excellent software in a defined vertical.

      Cons

      By definition a CSI company is excellent at building software in their prescribed domain. There is no chance for variation from that.

      Pros

      Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

      Cons

      Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
