Pros

Regular team building events annually

Cons

I feel it's my duty to protect others from working here. Worked providing Technical Support and initially my employment was great but after a number of years I was made redundant. This is a vile and disgusting company whose management only care about stats and the wellbeing of employee. To whom are applying please refrain from applying and taking up any roles.

Pros

Trapeze was truly a fantastic place to work in the early days. We collaborated, engaged, overcommitted and ultimately delivered. It was unbelievable to see what we could accomplish and, looking back, at how effective our leadership was at guiding the efforts and enabling success. We transformed from an industry joke (literally) to an industry leader, we developed deep relationships with the majority of the largest providers on the continent. It was a team effort from beginning to end and we had the full support of our Executive Team.

Cons

As the company grew and leaders changed, politics became the defacto approach, 'Coach-Forward' leadership transformed to 'Command-and-Control' and it was more about who's ear you had then your actual contributions. The 'let's get it done' attitude of the organization died. Morale plummetted as arrogance increased. It was a sad time. The idea of the customer first was lost to 'what are the client's options?' - some of the things said in back-office meetings regarding how we treated our customers by senior officials were shocking, to say the least.
