Pros
I have been working at Transmit for years and I have truly don't have a bad thing to say. I have read the negative reviews on here and I am really confused. Not only do the negative reviews not represent Transmit in the slightest, but the reviewers never expressed a negative comment about the company or management until their Glassdoor review post-employment... To me and everyone I work with, Transmit is a highly rewarding place for driven individuals that want to add value to their team. Transmit is always opening new doors and giving me opportunities to improve and build my skill sets, learn new things and push me out of my comfort zone. Everyone is respected and trusted to do their best job, so this is not the place for lazy people that only want to do the bare minimum to get by. We had a lot people in the past that wanted to be a part of something great, but didn't want to do their part which affected the other teams that worked hard to add value and get things done. Those who were not a good fit for the company culture struggled to understand everyone else's dedication to their commitments, emphasis on good communication and pride in their professionalism. I also appreciate how eager everyone is to teach and support each other. As someone who always wants to learn more, I am able to chat with any of the brilliant people that work at Transmit without any hierarchy politics or cold-shoulders stopping me, which many other companies deal with.
Cons
Since everyone at Transmit holds themselves and each other to a very high standard, those who cannot be relied on to put their best foot forward and add value to the team have slowed down progress and therefore reduced the efficiency of the teams that are working hard which was difficult to navigate. But since they have parted, we have seen a massive improvement in speed and quality of work.
