Pros

interesting technology, founders have great connections into top financial institutions

Cons

half of the sales organization's time and energy is spent discussing the shifting mood of one of the founders, who can be brutal and insulting at the drop of a hat. way too much stress across the organization anticipating his next blow up. executive team can't make decisions out of fear he will disagree and chastise

Pros

Strong smart team, very supportive. The product is wide, constantly innovating, so there's a lot to learn, can get you busy for many years. Pipeline and customer base are amazing, challenging but I get great satisfaction to see them succeed. Extremely low churn.

Cons

Some time spent on pushing passwordless when customer base and technology were not ready yet. I think this con is steadily going away.

Pros

-Tenured GTM team with experience in Antifraud and Identity. -Platform is rich in capabilities and covers 3+ major product categories, giving sellers lots of angles into Strategic Accounts with different personas. -Large deployments of Transmit, at scale, at the most demanding consumer-facing environments; giving us strong testimonials and reference customers. -Heavily invested in R&D, constantly collaborating with customers and keeping ahead of industry trends. -The people at Transmit are what makes this company great. They invest in your success, growth, are very collaborative, and supportive across every department. Really good people you want to surround yourself with if you want to be successful. -Beginning to have high recognition from major analyst firms improving market awareness, as well as major Partners and Alliances. -World class SE team to partner with as a seller, who have worked on complex deals. -Invest in a presence at many industry events. -Compensation and Equity.

Cons

-Startup environment where you need to be a self-starter. (GTM processes are maturing immensely with recent key hires in leadership) -Fast-paced environment to keep up with. (i.e. product evolving to solve new use cases, shifts in messaging) -Lack of marketing to promote brand awareness (small function, but aiming to build)
