High rates. Ongoing work. Actual Project Manager you can contact if you have issues. Based on general availability in a week. No hard and fast rules about having to be available or online at certain times. Complete control over your own hours holidays etc.
Cons
Freelance Contract-based role (not part-time employment). So it is invoice-based work. You need to send an invoice once a month. Usually paid within two weeks - sometimes within a few days.
