Pros

Stable/predictable schedule. I was hired full-time right away. OK working environment.

Cons

Fired within a few weeks of starting there. There is a lot of turnover. Looks like they might be constantly hiring/firing employees to keep anyone from getting past the training period so they don't have to pay for benefits. Not once was my performance questioned until the day I was fired. Suspicious firing. Doesn't pay much. Not meant to be a career. For anyone still working there, I suggest you learn the business method, and start your own competing clothing donation sorting/shipping warehouse. Note: you may bring home bed-bugs and fleas. Bugs/eggs jump from the donated clothes to the clothes you're wearing, and it all comes home with you.

The company's vision is very inspiring.

The office interior could use a bit more brightness or energy.

Pros

not sure...nothing i can think of...

Cons

Thinking about working for this company? Think again!!! No proper training, you are on your own figuring things out...nonstop problems due to the nature of their business and they expect you to fix the problems without a hint. Management is chaos; do not believe what they told you during the interview. Horrible working environment, I had bugs on me and was sick all the time. You don't know what you could bring home from their warehouse and office.
