Very Lengthy, Useless, Wastage of time interview process. They called me 3 times, first for 2 hours and then 1 hour each. Very inexperienced interviewer. Every time they have bunch of irrelevant questions and all the 3 rounds have the same strategy.

Phone Screening, which includes checking the validity of CV, experience, in-depth questions
2 person interview, which reiterates the CV phone screening, but with questions for situational and behavioural situations
2nd 2 person interview, repetition of the 2 person interview, but with the CEO
