Good opportunity to rise in the company if you dedicate yourself. Good work-life balance, and encouraging to employees that want to move across functions.

Cons

Company businesses are in mature markets, meaning when markets are soft, cost cutting is the only tool utilized to meet shareholder obligations.

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
