Pros

Great product in a nice niche Great employees

Cons

-History of not paying per agreed comp plans, silently terminating people before deals close, or moving late stage deals to friends and family. -Poster child for excessive micromanagement and bullying behavior. -Daily occurrence to hear exec mgt bashing people behind their back or other teams during 1:1s or team meetings. -Everyday is made up of unnecessary fire drills mostly due to executive emotions, arbitrary expectations, and plans made up on the fly based on mood. -Its common for executives to give all the sound bites that sound good but its clear to everyone they do not follow themselves.

Decent Employer Held Back by Antiquated Leadership Philosophies

Pros

The company offers stable employment and solid benefits.

Cons

Despite being anchored on strong leadership principles…The new 4-day return-to-office requirement feels outdated and completely disconnected from how global, digital work is actually done. Leadership talks about flexibility, but the policy forces unnecessary office time with no clear business value. Morale has dropped because decisions feel top-down and rooted in old thinking instead of results.
