Pros
Pay is comparable to area. There are some good people here. Business seems to be doing well with plenty of overtime opportunities. Benefits are decent in most cases.
Cons
Management shift has left a lot to be desired. Unrealistic expectations of employees. They have a new focus on getting the most numbers out of machines regardless if you need the inventory or not. Communication is terrible. There is a "you have to do your time" attitude with hiring. You will have to work on 2nd shift at some point in time so prepare for that if you have a family. Growth opportunities are limited unless you know somebody that will do you a favor. Health insurance is garbage here. It's an extremely high deductible plan that you'll almost never meet. Had to take my wife's insurance just to not go broke with medical bills. Sometimes overtime opportunities are if you like them or not which will at times put a strain on home life. Getting to a desired shift is a nightmare.
