The people that I worked with.

Cons

Constant reorganization. Senior management does not have a clear vision for the future, earning distrust from the employees. Employees are constantly waiting for the next shoe to fall; a toxic place to work. Decisions are made without all the necessary information; check the box to just get it done.

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
