      I worked for IR for 15 years, a lot of great opportunities over those years including exposure to different functions

      Lot of changes keep you constantly on your feet (that is also a positive if you want to progress)

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
