      Pros

      Good field Chemists, technologies, truck drivers are good.

      Cons

      They don't appreciate any circumstances their employees have at home. No loyalty, creeps advance while they run an unsafe, business. Drunks they are okay with that if you like drinking on the job this is the place to be.

      Pros

      Just about everything. The benefits are competitive if not better than anywhere else I've been. The work environment and culture is fantastic. I come to work happy everyday and leave the same way. I am 42yrs old, and have many yrs left in my career and never plan on leaving. My management team from senior to my direct supervisor are top notch. It's a true team environment.

      Cons

      The only con is that some of our equipment is dated. Tractors and such. So if you were a inexperienced driver you could possibly get yourself in to trouble.

      Quick to hire, nothing else good

      Cons

      Very bad company to work for, nobody trains you and work is dangerous. People always get burned or chemicals on them and nobody cares
