      Pros

      Dedication of employees, able to put up with poor working conditions and bad management, industry has lots of potential.

      Cons

      Old boy network at East Chicago still runs the show. Senior management hires good people but then won't let them do anything. Serious micromanagement in most areas.

      Pros

      Good employees at the non-corporate level. I have met employees from several Tradebe facilities in the northeast and we have great quality people and a good network of customers.

      Cons

      Horrible management. I can't stress that enough. Over the past few years, I have seen this company systematically destroy a great business. The previous owners understood the simple fact, "When your employees are happy, your customers are happy." Tradebe takes every opportunity to let its employees know that they don't matter, and can be easily replaced. It is unlikely this company will still be in business a few years from now. Turnover is alarming.

      Well ,there is a lot of overtime (if that is your thing)

      Cons

      So many to list, don't even know where to start. (1) They treat their drivers like crap (really).There is absolutely no respect or appreciation shown to drivers.Eighteen drivers quit in 2014. (2) They have the worst equipment imaginable (the worst in the environmental business) and when anything breaks on their junk, they blame the driver. (3) Pascal is very unorganized.No raises, no room for moving up.
