Pros

I don't have a college degree but I do have work ethic, integrity, charisma and the motivation to make sure my kids live better than I ever did. Here my accomplishments are recognized by directors and VPs who were hands on in the same role I am. They really get it and understand what I do everyday. They check in with me on a weekly basis even though I'm the bottom block of the pyramid. (Just a broker) I get to be as creative as I want to be and make an impact on the direction the company takes. This is my art. I'm adored as a pioneer, not some disposable first man in the breach like at other companies I've worked. I make mid-six figures after 5 years.

Cons

It's a beautiful relationship with my employer. I earn and they provide. If you are looking for a laidback or chill job this is not it. Everyone has a full day and goals to hit.

Pros

It’s rewarding to do challenging things. Personal growth, financial growth and the ability to jump a lot of tax brackets at a young age. Enjoyable work environment, strong and successful company and a place you can really have a long career.

Cons

Not somewhere you can just show up and collect a paycheck. You have to be willing to put in work to grow, build and get better.

Pros

Great company to work for if you thrive in a fast-paced environment. The uncapped earning potential provides strong motivation and rewards hard work. Management emphasizes teamwork, creating a supportive culture where everyone works together to succeed. The company also offers excellent training, helping employees develop their skills and grow professionally. Overall, a great place for driven individuals looking to build a successful sales career

Cons

Working in sales isn't easy—it requires long hours, consistent hard work, and the ability to handle rejection on a daily basis. While the job can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding for those who stay persistent and maintain a positive attitude.
